BTC DVD-RW EXTERNAL (USB 2.0) Help!!!!!!!&, It does not burn dvd's..............!!!!

    I can not burn dvd's at all.....My system can 'see' the external device but i can not write...I have updated firmware...I have USB 2.0 - i got it for test to BTC and they said that everything is fine - it is working like new!!!!!!!!!How can this be?I have tested it in 3 Pc's with the same problems - it cannot burn......Please help - i lost my money!!!!!!!!!!!!

    What kind of DVD media are you using? DVD-R or DVD +R?
    Read the info in this link where he talks about burning DVDs from external burners. Sounds like there are problems burning DVD-Rs in external drives using USB, and that the solution is to either use DVD+R media or an external drive that uses firewire.
