So I'm new to building desktops but I think I understand enough now to start (plus my friend can help me assemble it). What I need help with are the parts. I'm looking at DDR3 but I'm not sure if it is worth it to get that over DDR2. PSU: Appalling. Use this instead to prevent fire. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139001 Case: Excellent Both of the motherboards I have linked to will support crossfire. However if you wish to use CF I advise you do it now rather than later or by the time you want to upgrade, using a new, better single card will make far more sense and having a crossfire-capable board will have been unnecessary.
