building a htpc/allrounder

hi this is a first time post in this section and require all opinions good or bad please. i am building a new pc as my previous is growing old and is in some ways incapabable.the pc is going to be used as a general pc but i want it to perform as a media centre also. below are my needs.

1, i want to store my dvd collection so quick compression is a must.
2, it must play bluray and also 3d (it will be outputting to samsung 3d plasma 51")
3, i want good quality audio
4, i need expansion so 3 min pci slots pci-e 16, 6+ sata ports and 6+ usb3 ports
5, i dont play games or watch tv so no room for this is needed
6, it can be wired or wireless
7, case size is not an issue must accomadate 2dvd players min and 4 hdd
8, am i best to run a small ssd and store on a regular hdd
9, graphix needs to output to two tv's(the other been a 42" 720p samsung plasma)
10,upgrading is not a must but would be a benefit ie more ram etc.

basically im after opinions on mobo/cpu combo's, graphix card, psu, ssd/hdd, case/cooling, blu ray drive, wireless card, and ram.

i have looked at many cpu's (amd x4 and intel sandybridge i5/i7)and i am bombarded with pro's and cons. any advise would be greatly appreciated
