    Hi,

I have like 500 audio cassettes and I would like to transfer them to mp3. I already know how to transfer one or two using a tape player and the appropiate software. But what I would like is something faster to do the transfers. Does anybody know how to do this in a record time?

    Thanks,

    Arturo

There is no other way except to play them all through completely. The software can only record in real time. Bummer Huh!

Because it's not digital as digidave said you have to do it in real time. The same would apply if you were converting VHS tapes to either AVI, MPG or DVD formats.

I am looking for software that will record everything from cassette. Can you tell me what you are using or what would be the best to use?
