   How do I watch a DVD that is on my computer in the format of .BUP .IFO .VOB files without having to open each seperate .VOB file then the next then the next...?

   You can use a software DVD player like PowerDVD or WinDVD to open VIDEO_TS.IFO. That will play the DVD just like a standalone.
