Burn a region 2 as a region 1 disc

    I have a kill bill dvd I want to do but it is region 2 can I make a region 1 copy of it.

    the problem is region 1 uses NTSC and region 2 is PAL if your tv is NTSC it will not play a region 2 so you would have to convert the PAL system to NTSC so it would play on tvs here in the states

    yes, ok...

    so how would you burn a movie that is region 2 (pal) to region 1 (ntsc) so we can watch it here in the states?

    you will have to convert PAL to NTSC as PAL is not compatable with the US tv Standards you would need a converter some software will do it but i do not know which software will do the job you might want to google coversion of PAL to NTSC
