If I had a nickel every time I've seen those errors, I'd be a rich man. Trying to backup the home collection and receive "Burn Process Failed" every time. I've spent 3 days in the forums, have yet to find my solution. Using Nero to burn, DVD Decrypter and DVD2One. Also using a Rosewill RD-162 burner (updated firmware) and I updated the IDE drivers. I've uninstalled the burner and reinstalled. The media types are Verbatim and Memorex, DVD-R and DVD+R. I'm also wearing my lucky top hat and I do the "Successful Burn" dance before each attempt, but still no luck. Nero Vision Express & Nero Recode2 are not worth bothering with IMHO. Just rip using DVD Decrypter , do as you'd do w/ DVD2One [movie-only or full-disc etc] .... then add all output files to VIDEO_TS folder in Nero Burning Rom (DVD-Video mode). Use decent media & there shouldn't be any problems ;-)
Found the problem! My IDE cable was damaged - it was difficult to see, but a small cut about 2 mm long on the ribbon. Replaced it with a new round cable, and 4 burns later, works like a charm.
