Help, I used to be able to burn VCD's... but that was before I installed my DVD-burner... Now when I try to burn a VCD it seems to work just fine... and it even plays back well on the PC, but not in my stand alone player. I have noticed that the "burned" portion of the disc does not seem to be as dark as normal... anyone have any ideas on this... by the way... I can burn DVD's without any problems... Thank you! Have tried many different brands of media. Different software... Still, my DVD burner will not record VCD's. And the "burned" part of the discs appear to be too light (not as dark as an audio or data CD burned in the same player). Anyone have a clue? Thanks.
No error messages... the burn completes successfully. The VCD just will not play in my Pioneer DV-333. But the same player will play the VCD's I've made in the past with a CD-burner.
