Burner error

    I also have the same problem. I have an Acer 1300 and whenever try to burn a dvd on dvd santa, I get an error. I'm not sure what my burner speed is, but it shouldn't be too low...my laptop is fairly new. Any suggestion?

    you have the same problem as what?

    dvd santa not the best out there but may work?????

    give as much detail as possible, EVERYTHING!
