This is my first time, so please bear with me. I hope I'm in the right place. This Sony burner came bundled in a Hp Pavillion ze5560us. I'm using DVD decrypter and Nero. I can burn to a DVD+R just fine. I can't burn a DVD+RW. I get a message stating the format of the disk failed. I'm using Memorex DVD+RW 4x media. HP helpdesk could not help. They said they don't support Nero. Sony dircted me to HP. If I need a firmware upgrade can you please steer me in the right direction. When I go to Sony's site I can't find my model. I'm a novice so please be specific when giving help.
