I received so much help on here with a question, that I thought I would ask another. I have a movie on my computer that I downloaded from the internet, I would like to burn that movie onto a DVD, can someone tell me the easyest way to go about doing that? Thanks for all the help. Smilesmom
What software do you have on your computer? What format is the file that you have downloaded? Assuming that is an avi, like most of the downloaded movies, you can use DVD Flick , a free program to convert to dvd compliant, and then use ImgBurn to burn to DVD. Depending on what software you already have, you can use something else also. http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/552742 http://forums.afterdawn.com/search/.../www.afterdawn.com/;FORID:11&hl=en&lr=lang_en
I am using AVI2DVD to convert the file and then DVD Decrypter to burn the ISO image. The problem is that it will only burn about 5 minutes of the movie. When I watch the movie on the computer it is the entire movie, but I am not able to get the entire movie burned onto a DVD. Any help in this area with be greatly appriciated. Thanks Smilesmom
...TFM is free, but not the CCE. And I can say the results with DVD Flick set on high "quality"- 2 pass are more than just satisfactory. My eye is rather pleased even on a big sreen plasma TV. Of course, it depends on the quality of the AVI source also. What do you mean you only get 5 minutes burned? Do you get an error or something? If you do, post the error log. What media type/brand are you using?
although i am a lover of TFM / CCE and used it for many years, the free dvd flick for your needs should be great. does the lot to dvd.
