burning anime on VCD

    i really want to burn my anime onto VCD's but the only problem is, that when i do, the subtitles are too far down on the tv screen, so they are like cut in half, and unreadable. If anyone at all has a solution to this, it would be greatly appreciaited.

    don't use nero.
    use tmpgenc. in the video arrnge method, choose center custom size and do the math, for the aspect ratio. make it smaller than the encoded resolution.
