burning .bin files

i have downloaded a torrent, and it downloaded as a .bin file, and i cant seem to get it to burn onto a dvd-r. i have tried using dvd shrink, and i have nero startsmart, and also dvd decrypter, and i cant get anything to work!
if someone can please help me by giving me step by step instructions to try and burn the dvd i would really appreciate it

 

What size is the .bin file and does it have a cue file?
If it's around 800MB, it's a VCD.

is that too big?
im trying now to use vcd gear, but i dont know if its going to work

 

It should have came with a cue file in the same folder.
The cue file would be the same name as the binary.

Use Nero Burning Rom, click 'New' 'Recorder' 'Burn Image' select the Cue file and put a CD in the drive.
I have a file called scarface.bin and scarface.cue in my folder.

You can create a Cue file with Notepad and save the name as scarface.cue (of course, you will use your own name).
