burning d/loaded files to dvd+r

    hi i have a question on dvd burning of files that i have d/loaded from the internet to dvd+r disks.im using ulead to burn a 700mb file to dvd but when it encodes it the file turns out to be 5.3gb and obviously to big for a dvd+r i have read through hte forums and was wondering if tmpgenc will fix this problem.and if there is any better software to use to perform such a task,im sure there will be becasue the ulead program came free with dvd recorder so any help on this subject would be much much much appreciated.thanks in advance to anyone who can help out

    thanks that post helped me out but i have a new problem now i have managed to burn the file to dvd+r but there is no sound ???any ideas...thanks..
