Burning downloaded DVD with DTS into DVD-R

    Hi. I'm a newbie here. Does anyone know how to burn a video file with DTS into a DVD-R while maintaining the DTS function? I tried it on Twister (DTS version) but when I play it on my 5.1 HT, I could not hear the effect I'm suppose to hear. I'm burning it using Nero 7. Will the decoder/encoder I install will effect the sound? Please help. Thanks.

    Hello.

    Did you burn both the 5.1 AC3 and the DTS soundtracks or just the DTS. Does your home theater play DTS? Many do not. I assume you used Nero Recode for the backup and selected the soundtracks you wanted. Is that correct?
