Hi marcpod, The short answer is yes. Nero 6 has a feature called Recode2 that lets you put titles from different souces on to one DVD. DVD Shrink, TMPGEnc DVD Author, DVD2one, CloneDVD are more programs that can combine titles. I recommend as a starting point DVD Shrink 3.1.4 for decrypting and compressing, DVD Decrypter for decrypting, Nero 6 for various applications and burning, DVD2one for combining DVDs. You can use these different programs in combination with each other, depending on your requirements at the time.

Hi again Marc, Can you tell me more about your computer? Is it that new 64 bit Athlon? Tell me your CPU specs, Hard drive, RAM amount and OS. Do you have a DVD ROM in addition to your burner? Read the forum rules if you haven't already. Tell me what you want to burn...I assume you mean you want to make a back-up copy of two discs on to one disc. heres how you do it- stick one movie in your burner and another in your dvd rom. goto dvd shrink and hit "reauthor" drag whatever titles you want from the first dvd onto the dvd structure list, (i suggest you just choose the main movie) than select the title from the second disk and drag it into the list. then hit back up (if compressing 2 movies to 1 dvd id just copy the main movies and choose no subtitles and only one language for each. Keep this in mind: you can compress about 5 and a half hours onto one disc BUT i highly suggest (based on my own experiences) that you compress no more than 4 hours onto one dvd (otherwise there will be NOTICABLE quality loss)
To Fastfrank I have a new AMD 64 3200 with 1 gig of ram and I do have a dvd rom in addition to the sony 510 dvd burner 2 hd 160 gig each I am using dvd express and nero, roxio I downloaded dvd decrypter clonedvd and tmpgenc dvd author and I am backing up dvd movie I own I did try it lat night and they both went on but the sound was out syc and the picture was jumpie agan thanks for any help you can give me. DEAR GOD!! just use shrink- it does everything- all you need to do after that is burn the folder to dvd!
