burning dvd-r or dvd-rw with nero

    i do my own small dv video productions and would like to author them on to dvd-r or what ever medium in the dvd range so i can play them in my set top dvd player. i have the authoring software and have no porblem with that. is nero the software to use to achieve this, anyone had any problems?

    Simply use latest Nero, select DVD UDF/ISO format and drag/drop the authored files (VIDEO_TS directory as full, including the directory itself) and if not there, create also blank AUDIO_TS dir and then simply burn the thing to DVD-R. If you use DVD-RWs, remember to "finalize" the disc.

    dose it matter weather i use dvd-r (a) discs or dvd-r (g) discs?
