We're going to need a whole lot more info...what are you trying to do, what is your source, what format are your files.

    Hi robt1036
I'm guessing since you're only using Shrink and Nero you having problems with the copy protection.
Since Shrink is no longer updated it's need some help.

Give RipIt4Me a go. Still updated and will handle all the new stuff.
Here's a step by step guide w/ links to download.

But as gwen said more info would be good - like what problems your having also.

yup dvd shrink isn't updated anymore so it will not handle the newer movies without help you can run anydvd behind dvd shrink or use "RipIt4Me" as Binkie said or try clonedvd 2 with anydvd which is the best going. clonedvd 2 + anydvd has a free 21 day trial if you like to try it out

remember to use good blank media (Taiyo Yuden ,Verbatim or MIJ Maxell) burning at 4x or never faster than 8x on a clean machine with up to date firmware on your drive/burner
