Stop using Nero to encode with [as you should've explained in thread title that it isnt just Nero failing to burn eh]. Try DivxtoDVD [free encoder & to be found in software section] !! Then burn VIDEO_TS folder with Nero Burning Rom (in DVD-Video mode)
