After failing so many times with burning a disc it was suggested to burn to my hard drive which I did successfully - however... I now have no idea how to get it from my hard drive onto disc. I am using nero 7 premium.
If anyone can help I would be very grateful...

Imgburn creates the AUDIO_TS folder automatically at the time of burning.
The AUDIO_TS folder is empty and not required for playback - it's a relic from the time when the standard was being created.
If you wish, you can simply create a new folder yourself before burning.

Did you copy it to your hard drive in raw format or ISO format? Either way, Nero can burn these, I do it all the time. If it was raw format then look for DVD Video or Movie files, or something like that, I don't have the program in front of me and can't remember exactly what they call it, and when you open that option it will give you a VIDEO_TS folder, open that and put all your files from your VIDEO_TS folder on your hard drive. If it was ISO format then you need to look for Burn image to disc, then point it to your ISO.

BTW - you may have to toggle between standard and advanced mode to see those options.

What brand of media and burning speed.
A known reliable brand is 'Verbatim' and should be burned at no more than half the listed maximum.
Until it's resolved, use Imgburn in 'Test Mode' (checkbox on lower left main window) or 'Simulation' in Nero.
Insert a blank disk - no actual burning takes place.

open nero start smart.click on create and edit, then in the next screen click on author and edit.this will open nero vision.under what do you want to do rest mouse pointer on make dvd.click on make dvd video.on the next screen click on add video files.now you have to know the file location for these files.once you have found said file right click on file you want to burn and, under options click add file.then burn the file as you normally would.hope this is what you are looking for.
