burning iso file using nero

    hey guys sorry if this question has been asked before but i just couldnt find the answer... i want to burn an iso file with nero but i want the cd to run when i reboot my pc... will it work that way or do i have to burn it a certain way?

    You want to create a boot disk.
    Nero Burning ROM > Recorder > Burn image...

    thanks but what kind of cd... regular cd-r or dvd-r?

    If the image is small enough to be burned in a CD-R, use CD-R.
    If the image is larger and cannot be burned in a CD-R, use a DVD, any type that the burner supports. Of course the computer must be able to boot from a DVD unit.
