OK, today i want to school and my friend gave me a cd that has 4.14 GB of files in it... I was freaked out... how the hell did he do that?!! He said he burned it on a speed of 4X... so now I came back home and tried it... but no use!! are there CDs that are dual layers or somthing like that? How do I burn files on a cd-r that are more than 700MB?
probably not cd but dvd you got, if you have a cdrom but no dvdrom won't be able to read that disk whereas if you had dvdrom you can read both cd & dvd
no dude, i inserted it in a Cd-Rom drive,,, It read it Im telling you, It is freaking 4.14GB, and it is a CD here is the number on the cd: E413JS30131728A01 RiDATA is written on it as well.. On the Silver part: RFD80M-60215 80
he did a data compression when he burned the cd, it has nothing to do with the speed but that helps in reading on older cdrom drives at slower burn speed speed. what burning program are you using
