Burning movies from Kazaa to CD-Rs

    I know this going to sound like a VERY n00b question, but I just got my PC. How do I burn the movies that I download from Kazaa to CD-Rs? I tried reading some of the other thread before I posted this, but most of it was all greek to me. So any help would be appriciated, and if its not to much trouble, please try to explain it like you were talking to a 2 year old. =P
