Burning on Sony DVD-R disk using ANYDVD 5.5.4.1 trial version

I've just recently started using ANYDVD 5.5.4.1 trial version with DVD Shrink. The problem I started experiencing was burning to the SONY DVD-R disc. (1x speed rate), Is anyone having this problem? I am able to burn using the Comp USA's brand. These are brand new disk and I'm also able to use them when I use DVD Decrypter with DVD Shrink.

 

i assume your using nero the burn with dvd shrink? make sure nero is up to date.

your burner may not like the sony dvd-r try a different brand as in Taiyo Yuden or Verbatim ,and the CompUSA brand i would stay any from NOT good media longterm.

also your better of using CloneDVD 2 with anydvd there made for eachother. use this guide

I've used the SONY disc before and never had any problems, The Nero I'm using is a free download I found on CNET. I just started using ANYDVD on Friday, 11/18/2005 and before that I never had any problems burning, using various brands of disc. So for the time being the COMP USA brands would have to do.

 

make sure your firware is up to date also
