burning problem

    Got a brand new dvd burner last week , put in it myself , but the same thing is happening that was happening the last time.

    Disc's burn for so long then fail. I did a speed test with Nero and this came up

    Whats it mean?

    I was burning a cd btw , not a dvd. With the last burner dvd's were coming out fine but cd's were skipping
