Burning ps2 games

    I know how to burn them but i need to know what i can use like can i use cd -r's/+r's or do i have to use dvd -r's/+r's also whats the difference between -r's and +r's?

    Umm wrong thread but to answer your question u will probably need DVD-R or DVD-RWs if u
    do not want to waste the Rs on bad burns....That goes without saying you always need a DVD
    unless u have a CD-RW combo drive in the system. Also if it is a big disk you can always try
    a DL disk but u must have a drive that can read it.

    Ohh and by the way there are differnt threads on here describing differneces of disks like you
    were wondering about.

    I have a version 7 PS2 and it will read all types of media, DVD+-R/+-RW, same as CD. My experience is this, if you have an older version of PS2 from 7 or prior, use DVD-R. If it's version 7 or later, use DVD+R.

    If a game is small enough, then you can burn it on to a CD-R (Contra, Marvel Vs. Capcom, etc..).

    Mine reads DVD+R, although i'm not sure what version it is... :D
