Sorry if this sounds like a dumb ass question, but I'm somewhat of a newbie. I have a Samsung cdrw/dvd sm 308 b burner. I haven't used it a lot, but I never had a problem with it until now. I always used memorex cd-r 700mb 80 minute 52x multi speed disks before and everything was fine. I bought exactly the same disks this time, except it was 48x multi speed. For some reason I can't burn anything, it keeps telling me that the burn process failed. I tried a 52x disk and it burned fine. Like I said I'm a newbie so the speeds tell me sh*t all. I just went to a store told them what I needed and bought the disks. sooo the question is, is my burner not compatable with the 48x, and is there something I can do to configure it to work with it? I use nero by the way if this helps. Again, sorry if this is dumb question, just don't want to be stuck with 50 completely useless blank coasters
possible not compatible with your burner. what speed were you burning both cds at & have you tried slower speed burn on the 48x cds
could not perform end track burn process failed What does that mean and how do I fix it. I checked the cd's and they seem to be made by memorex
did you say you had a cd-r burner/ dvd player (corect me if i'm wrong), but you can only burn cd-r's with a cd-r burner
