Burning time with Nero

    I have nero on my pc, burn all the time no problem, but I've been helping a friend I have done the same as i would with mine, but the burn time is around 12 hours, and as yet failed to burn a whole disk.
    The drive is new and write speed is 20x
    the pc is only 1200 mzh, I know it's slow, and old
    Any ideas please

    Hi I followed the link and done as it said checked the DMA, found that one was in PLO, changed it to DMA, but it says it still tranfers in PLO, this is not highlighted, so i cna't change it, have deleted the drives but they load the same, any help please
