Burning VCDS

    I am trying to burn VCDs. I have movie files of around 700kb and should fit onto a normal CD. BUT, after Nero burning's encoding and the extra stuff it adds, the file size increases drasticaly. How can I fit my movies onto CD's?

    what kind of movie file are you starting with?
    i.e avi mpg
    that determines when and if you need to use nero's lousy converter.
