I've created photoslide show with music in the background by using photoshop, once this is done it asks me if I want to save it as pdf file or wmv file so I chose wmv which I can play on pc but now I want to burn this onto dvd by using nero but I don't think if I can becuase writting process stops almost immediatley. Do I need to convert mwv format to something else before I can burn it onto dvd?
If you run Nero StartSmart or Nero Vision 4 and elect to make a DVD Video, at the 'Add video Files' step, browse to and select the .wmv file.
Tks, I'll give it a shot (bit I think I already tried that & burning didn't want to continue due to some error message) Can these be burned on CD as well or only dvd?
Bearing in mind that DVD's are best burned at 4x maximum and using only media that is 'Made in Japan' (one exception being Verbatim which is made in Taiwan), You can elect to create a VCD with Nero and the the WMV file will be transcoded to the VCD format. If you are not sure where the error is occurring, you can save the output to the 'Image Recorder', then before exiting, save the project. If the transcoding is a success, an .NRG image file will be created which can be burned later.
