I have an AGP video card in my computer, yet in the Windows device manager it is listed as being at the location "PCI bus 1." My PCI 1 slot is actually empty, and it's clear that the card is plugged into the AGP slot. The video is set to AGP in the BIOS, but that doesn't seem to make a difference. Does the device manager just read it this way normally, or is it a problem?
seems to be somewhat normal as this was discussed on a previos thread & seems to be no problems at all. check for possible bios update for motherboard & see if any changes agp as pci is mentioned in bios update. this could be just an xp thing as win98se doesn't show that at all
