I have X copy Gold and when using x-copy to copy a dvd, i get the following message when i try to burn, Power on or bus reset reported by dvd recorder, driver error code 02062900h. The disc is not successfully recorded. Then another window pops up to tell me "power on or scsi occurred. My o/s is windows XP home addition and my dvd writer is the Sony drx-500ul (external). I called DVD X COPY and they sent me an email to with a force ASPI LAyer program. I installed it and still same problem. I also removed my dvd and other applications from my computer so as not to interfere with the dvd x copy and still same problem. I also disabled all other programs in background and still same error. can anyone who has had this problem please tell me what to do to fix this... i am getting very frustrated with my new purchase and have wasted around 6 dvd-Rs. help fast.. and thanks in advance... Does the burner work with other burning programs? Or do you know it is a software prob? If you have Nero try it (though Sony-Nero compatibility is questionable) See if record Now max works, if you have it.
