    LiteOn makes very good drives.
Another nice thing about LiteOns, is that they are capable of Booktyping.
    Good luck!

Just a suggestion, SONY has new DRU-820 16x DL. This new version says it can read and write to DVD-RAM disc, and retails for $99.00 or $79.00 after rebate. I would get it but I recently bought both the internal and external DRU/DRX-810/810UL SONY models.:p
