Can someone please tell me is it possible for me to create a high quality clip (15 minutes @ 115mb) and allow users on dial up modems to download the same clip but at a lower quality instead of me having to make 2 separate clips (one high quality for cable users and one lower quality for dial up users). whats was up with that yes you have to make a lower quality clip. why dont you just make a lower quality clip for both analog modem users and broadband users.Then you only need to make one clip.
He wants broadband users to be able to get high quality but wants the quality to automatically change for people with 56k. Which is impossible unless he makes a second file!
