cable internet

    I want to purchase a cable modem on the internet and get high speed. Is there any special card or cable that has to be connected somewhere like on my house our at the ISP networks? I know you need a special line card on your phone line done by central for DSL internet. Does cable work the same way?

    DONT buy cable over the internet, call Rogers and get it from them they will provide u /w every bit of information u need to set it up.
