cache problem

    i have this problem where i think the cache is been deleted by a program . when i finish my internet downloads the speed gets lowered and it is very slow and i load a page then when i click on a link. the page reloads everything (it re downloads all the images and stuff) the cache is not being stored. i use firefox, i already set the cache too 100mbs.

    Any ideas??
