calibration fault

    can anyone out there help me.
    i use dvd decrypter dvd 2one
    then write my dvds using nero 6
    i was using a sony writer but
    then bought a8x pioneer107.
    icould write with the sony,but
    not with the pioneer.since theni have gotten rid of the sony and replaced it with a dvd rom drive instead. but alas i still cannot write with my pioneer drive even a straight copy from the dvd rom drive is a no go.
    the fault i am getting is "power calibration fault"

    Power Calibration Errors are often cause by hardware clashing -- !



    Upgrade the firmware on that Pioneer 107 -- after you've checked that it is installed correctly --

    Your Hard disks on the Primary channel and your Drives on the Secondary -- preferably the burner as the Master -- check your jumper in the back.
