Call of Duty 4 Error Message (Alpha Blend??)

    I installed Call of Duty 4, but when I try to run single player I get the following error message:

    "Video card or driver doesn't support alpha blend, glow will be disabled."

    Then I hit ok, but the game won't load past this point. I have a P4 2.4 Ghz processor, 2.5 Gig of DDR RAM, and my video card is a NVidia GeForce FX 5200 (256 MB)

    Can I run this game, or is something in my system not poerful enough?

    I'm pretty sure you don't meet minimum requirements, hence the error.

    However to be completely sure, go to this site

    Choose Call Of Duty 4 and it will scan your computer and tell you whether or not you meet the minimum requirements
