thanks. but everytime I try to access one of my HDD the cpu goes up and down constantly and it freezes the mouse cursor. Every so often the pc will give me this message. This is probably irrevelent on a spyware and virus board, but I hope you can solve this this is word for word: windows delayed write failed windows was unable to save the data for the file D:\$Mft. the data has been lost. This error maybe caused by a failure of your computer hardware or network connection. Please try to save this file somewhere else the drive D is the one causing all this trouble also if I try to paste something on to it, it will take hours no matter how small it is.
