Well, I'm trying to play this trailer, and I my PC can't decode this at all.
The video is a God of War III trailer. Here are their links, I can't play neither of them.

I can play all other files (including MP4 files) without any problems (I have ffdshow, coreavc and mpc-hc as a player), even MediaInfo can't tell me any info about this file.

Sony might have screwed up and uploaded damaged files, but they are up on the site for already a couple of days...

So, can anyone play those files? Thanks! :)

There's something wrong with that file. Can't play it here either, did a 'Test Render' and got the following.

    Code:
    DirectShow Error: 0x80004005: Unspecified error
Also looked at the Media information which gave these.

    Code:
    General:
    Filename: g3_chaos_720.mp4
    Filesize: 133 MiB
    Format: MPEG-4
    PlayTime: 00:00:00.799
    0 video stream(s), 0 audio stream(s), 0 subtitle stream(s).

Well, I'm happy to see that the problem isn't on my side. Thanks. :)

Same here... I couldn't play it either.
Seems odd that Sony would post such a file to their site.

Eventually they upload new files after I contacted them. Thanks for trying to help! :)
