Hi, this is my first time. Can anyone tell me how i can convert dvd movies to divx. The reason being is that i have amazing movies but there are all huge sizes(3gb and more) and i want to convert them to divx wherein there are only 700mb per movie...can anyone suggest how to go about it....
Once you 'ripped' them to your hard disk I'd recommned using AutoGordianKnot - its basically a bunch of software programs (such as VirtualDub)wrapped into an easy to use frontend, so you just say where the DVD files are located, how big you want the final outcome to be and where you want it to put the DivX file when its done - it should be available to download here but if not google it!
