Hello everyone I'm somewhat a n00b to burning DVDs. Anywho, am trying to burn a Veoh movie file to DVD with Nero Vision 8. It detects the file fine, but the problem is that in the preview it shows it very distorted. It's at a weird angle and it's stretched out. If I burn the movie will it be corrected or will it burn in that odd ratio? If so how can I fix that?

you are probably watching it on a small screen which always looks good (like U-TUBE), till blown up, i've not heard of this format till today so had a google on it, it seams to be streaming video which is never very good in quality, the aspect ratio on small screen looks ok till you need to get to dvd resolution of (720x480 for NTSC and 720x576 for PAL)

sorry to say what you see is prbably what you get...

Well it's a flash video file. It's not that the image looks low quality. It is just highly distorted. It looks as though it's twisted.

Yeah, that's where everything stops. When I get to the preview it's distorted still. :( Any idea why? Dvix files burn fine btw.

I haven't tried actually burning anything. You know in the preview section where you can "watch" your DVD before you burn it? In there it's distorted and I've never burned it from there. It would probably burn if I tried, but I don't want to waste the DVD.
