Can I convert .rms files for burning?

I have Starz Ticket movie downloads and was wondering if there is a way to convert these files into anything burnable? The files are .rms--Rights Management Services; a Microsoft program.

Some programs (e.g. Winavi) allow you to convert rms/rmvbs directly into dvd compliant format (i.e. with Audio_TS and Video_TS folders). You can then burn with e.g. Nero.

 

Hhhhmmmm....don't see it. Are you sure it was an .rms file. Give me another point in the right direction.
