can I do SD to miniSD?

    Is this possible as I currently only have a 1GB SD card but need a miniSD and don't want to have to buy another memory card

    You mean use a full size original SD card in a MiniSD device?

    If so physically no, as it simply won't fit. Though technically yes, as the way they work is the same, so if you could find a way to connect the correct pins together it would work.

    If you mean use a MiniSD as a full original SD, yes, just get MiniSD->SD adapter.

    thanks man. Looks like I will have to buy memory. Do you know of any stores were I could get minisd or microsd memory for cheap?

    I shopped them(Newegg) and got myself a nice 2gb stick for under $30.
