Can I make a svcd out of a xvid?

    I have a dvdrip version of daredevil I would like to put on disc is that possible and how?

    Nero will allow you to do that. It will convert it to SVCD through choosing the menu on the left side and selecting VCD or SVCD where you would normally have selected Music or Data!

    Yeah I know that.......... but how do you cut it and turn it to a mpeg format it has to be encoded and then cut
