can i play a divx or avi file with ordinary cd rom

    plZZ tell me that is there any way i can play avi files or divx files in windows me edition pc without dvd rom.
    does VLC player works in win ME edition if yes than plz give me the link & version ???????

    sure you can just make you have the codec pack for windows me, also besides vlc player you could use apples quick time player to play those files

    i can play avi & divx formats now. i dint need to download any codes.
