can I play VCD/SVCD on my PS2

    I'm new to all this but having played with Adobe Premiere I've now got some movies I want to save and play on the TV. Currently I've only got a PS2 for DVDs but am prepared to buy a DVD player if I must. also I cant find the format on Adobe to save as VCD - there is an MPEG4 option - is this the same??

    all a ps2 will play is dvd, unless it is modded and u are using the ps2 reality player!
