is there any software out there i can use to stop computer novices duplicating a disc with nero. obviously more advanced people could get round it, but its so that i can make money on selling further copies of personalised dvds to people if they want it??? please help
@dialysis1, Great answer. LMAO @ pgrayem, If it is DVD format(meaning dvd comliant files) than no, if it is data then u can archive it and put a password protection.
Y'know.. It is possible, but you have to pay for the software. I don't think they will be interested. http://www.macrovision.com/products/activereach_dvd/index.shtml I think the idea of using memosux disks is excellent, the only side effect I can see is nobody will be able to watch the films either.. A bit of a disadvantage to this otherwise awesome and un-crackable copy protect method.
You know this comes up all the time its always some numbskull that wants to sell the idea to sony for a 1,ooo,ooo,ooo,ooo,o,o,o,o,o,o .... Bucks if If knew I would not tell you I would sell it to you,LOL!
aabbccdd has the best idea; I vote the Memosux route. I guess Joe Ryan will drop by and berate us all. J/K Joe.
