After the trial version has expired, is there a way to reset it so that it thinks it hasn't been on your computer before? I've tried un installing and reinstalling. Thanks for any help

you could also download the crack for alcohol 120% and copy over the .exe file and then you wont need to worry about it again!

wasnt sure if it was legal bout the reg file, but yea.. in technicality it should work because its wiping out everything about the program's existance.

How do I delete the reg files? I can't even find them, they aren't in the directory where I installed Alcohol Soft 120%.

Go to start/select run/type regedit/then hit Ctrl+F/type Alcohol 120 and delete the entry it finds for you,

keep repeting this>> hit Ctrl+F/type Alcohol 120 and delete the entry it finds for you

Until it finds no more entrys then restart your computer

Actually when i try to reinstall the program, an error shows up sayying Error 25002: Some driver has invalid name or conflicts with other file or service in system. Please choose other driver names or make sure you have rebooted after removal of software using sme names. I did try to reboot, then reinstall, but same message. I used to use this program all the time, and now that it doesn't work I cant do a lot of things. Please help me.

    Error 25002

If you recieve this Error or if the Installation is stopped due to Error 25002 with the following Message.

    QUOTE
Some driver has invalid name or conflicts with other file or service in system. Please choose other driver names or make sure you have rebooted after removal of sofware using same names.

Then please start Regedit then go to HKey_Local_Machine\System\CurrentControlSet\Services here you should fínd the Keys for the Alcohol Driver in the current Version 1.9.2.1705 a347bus and a347scsi,

You also need to delete these Keys and remove the corresponding files from Windows\System32\Drivers folder, reboot your Computer and reinstall it should now install without any problems.

I did that and the install worked, yet it still somehow knows that the trial edition has expired!
