i made a movie using pinnacle studio 8 and saved it to a disk as a SVCD and another one as a DVD format. Now the SVCD file size is 112 MB i want to upload it somewhere but the max upload size is 100 MB. How can i shrink the SVCD file size, which software, preferably something free can i use? Thanks for the help guys.

just open your movie file up in pinnacle again and save it at a lower bitrate.

Or, simpler, split the file in 2 with WinRAR at 'no compresion' or Hjsplit (free) and upload the two parts (if you simply have the 'piece size' limitatilon).

If you do so, you'll save time and will lose no movie quality.

NB - if you use Hjsplit, upload it too, or people will see the 'pieces': file.ext.001, file.ext.002... without knowing how to join them into "file.ext".
